Birdie Brasserie is inspired by Lori, a curious and colourful little Australia bird who’s always on the lookout for something new. Just like him, our space is lively, spirited and full of flavour.

Our brasserie blends British comfort classics with modern creativity. Think “The Ducks”, a duck liver parfait with soft brioche, or a golden-topped fish pie made with Humpty Doo barramundi. Familiar dishes are reimagined with bold twists that make Sydney dining at Birdie feel both comforting and surprising.

The bar at Birdie is where flavour takes flight. From playful signatures like the Rose Finch with Chambord and lychee, to the smoky Raven built on maple cask rum, the cocktail list celebrates character and craft. An extensive range of non-alcoholic options means everyone can join the moment, whether you’re here for a long lunch, a quick dinner in the Sydney CBD or an evening at the bar.

More than just a Wynyard restaurant, Birdie is a cocoon in the city where locals, families and business guests can slow down, share a meal and watch the world go by. Birdie is about simple pleasures done exceptionally well.
