Join us Saturday 31 August, for a unique and exclusive experience, bringing together the best of Birdie’s culinary expertise, Tanqueray’s refined British elegance, and Stone & Wood’s authentic Australian craftsmanship.
Where every dish and drink tells a story, embark on a 5 course journey of flavours, featuring signature Birdie dishes including our provolone garlic bread, ‘The Ducks’ duck liver parfait, Cone Bay barramundi, Wagyu brisket and Sticky Davidson Plum pudding, and each course paired with a carefully curated Tanqueray or Stone & Wood beverage.
1.30pm – 4pm, Saturday 31 August at Birdie Bar & Brasserie, 7-9 York Street, Sydney.
